HP said the recently announced digital corrugated post-print solution will ‘revolutionize’ the way high-value boxes are produced.
The new press is designed for robust industrial post-print corrugated solutions that delivers high-impact, offset-quality graphics direct-to-board.
It will feature the proven HP Corrugated Grip Technology, enabling customers to expand media versatility and enhance production flexibility with the ability to handle a wider range of media.
Cepac also recently installed an HP Scitex 17000 Corrugated Press, designed to increase digital print productivity for cost-effective corrugated packaging printing.
Cepac managing director, Rod Ainslie, said: “We are absolutely delighted to formalise our alliance with HP and become their strategic partner and early adopter of new technology which is transforming response times to our customers. Traditional response times are a thing of the past and outstanding graphics are now available with unrivalled speed and flexibility. In addition to underpinning the pioneering heritage of both our companies, this partnership is a real complement to Cepac’s new service model which is already setting new standards with respect to ‘speed to market.’”
