Compact in design and attractively priced, the new ‘basic’ is aimed at users who want their short and medium print runs to be both efficiently and cost-effectively produced.
Distributed by Friedheim International , the off-line machine is suitable for die-cutting, kiss-cutting, creasing, perforating and embossing a wide range of products such as packaging, labels, mailings, presentation folders from both offset and digitally printed material.
It features a new feeding system, as well as a new waste stripping and delivery section. Output speed is up to 8000 cycles per hour.
Die-cutting is performed with two magnetic cylinders using proven Bograma technology. The breakout and delivery unit has been re-designed so that, for example, all air nozzles and deflecting pulleys can be inserted and aligned without using tools.
