The two year programme, targeted at impressive individuals looking to ‘Aim High’ after university will commence in August 2016 and will again be run by Kite’s chairman Bruce McInnes.
The 100% employee-owned company will provide Graduates with a chance to experience various aspects of the business, in different locations on a four month rotational basis. It is suitable for someone who wants to be in business but is not fully sure of the area they want to focus on. While Kite can’t guarantee a permanent position at the company on completion of the programme, it said that candidates who impress will be fast-tracked into senior management positions.
The Harlow-based firm said it is looking for real go-getters, fresh from University with the ambition and talent to succeed in our entrepreneurial and rapidly expanding business. Candidates will need to show their ability to quickly create a rapport and demonstrate they have excellent leadership qualities, as all candidates will be pushed to deliver real results as part of their own development on the programme.
Kite is looking to recruit 5 graduates, who will each be supported and given exposure to a wide range of Kite’s business functions and operations. Some of the areas graduates will experience include sales, marketing, purchasing, logistics and legal compliance. The candidates will move location after each module throughout the two year programme, and will report directly to a managing partner at Kite.
