Rapak North America launched the Autokap™ 1900 series liquid filling equipment for bulk containers ranging from 30 gal up to 1,000 L. Machine is ideal for filling hot and ambient temperature viscous products with particulate as large as 5/8-in. in size.

The Autokap 1900 is equipped with a Micro Motion mass flowmeter that ensures precise fill weights during the fill process. Furthermore, the fill head raises and lowers the bag, allowing for efficient filling of the bag and surrounding container.

Recommended Bag-in-Box sizes include:

30-55 gallons Bag-in-Box packaging

1000-liter Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBC)

Options include:

Additional filling table for smaller Bag-in-Box bags (I.e. five gal)

Additional pallet turntable to allow for four individual drums to be filled on one pallet

Designed for filling ‘construction-engineered’ bagswith a 38-mm fitment, Rapak’s Autokap 1900 can be modified to accommodate larger fitments. Rapak bags for bulk Bag-in-Box packaging include 30G, 55G, and IBC in a variety of film structures.
