Following its rapid growth in 2015 the company moved to a new production hub comprising 100,000 sqm in Rotherham to accommodate more business.
Over the past year there has been an increase in the amount of folded work that requires a fast turnaround, which lead to investment at the company.
Director James Kinsella said: “On reviewing what equipment was currently available, we very quickly decided that the Palamides was the perfect solution. Since installation that has proved to be the case, with the two machines producing quality stacked blocks with consistent heights which aids easier packing into boxes.
“We are always looking for ways to offer more competitive prices and better value to our customers, and the fact that the two Palamides stackers can work at full tilt with the need for only one operator at each is really helping us to achieve the cost-effectiveness necessary to realise this aim in the finishing aspect of the production process.”
