Xerox solutions available through the Midwestern Higher Education Compact Norwalk, Conn. – Xerox announced today a new agreement with the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) to provide workflow automation solutions, managed print services (MPS), office equipment and production presses to the 12 member states of the Compact, as well as states in sister compacts: the New England Board of Higher Education, the Southern Regional Education Board and the Western Interstate Commission for
