The settlement agreement Xerox had reached with Carl Icahn and Darwin Deason on Tuesday has expired. As a result, CEO Jeff Jacobson and several Xerox board members are not resigning after all. At the same time, Xerox filed an appeal today challenging a judge's ruling that temporarily blocks Fuji's acquisition of Xerox.
